How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
How long does shipping take?
United States & Canada: 2-5 business days from the date the order is placed.
United Kingdom & Australia: 4-10 business days from the date the order is placed.
Other international destinations: 5-10 business days from the date the order is placed.
Will I be charged duties or taxes?
Canada & United States: No duty charges will be incurred. No additional fees or taxes will be applied to online orders. The price listed is what you’ll be charged.
United Kingdom, Australia and other international destinations: Duties and taxes may be incurred. As they vary by country, please contact your local customs office for more information. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
How do I get my receipt and order tracking?
Once your order is placed, we’ll email you a receipt. Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number which can be used to track the progress of your shipment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How do returns and refunds work?
Not in love? We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days from the date you receive your sunglasses - no questions asked. Just send an email to email@example.com and we will help arrange the return. We cover the return costs. We will apply the refund to the original method of payment once we receive the return.
How do exchanges work?
If you’d like to exchange your sunglasses for another pair, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to assist! We offer a 30-day exchange window from the day your sunglasses are received. We’ll help arrange the return and will ship the alternative pair once we receive the original sunglasses. If the new pair you request is a lower price than the original pair you ordered we will refund you the difference. If the new pair is a higher price we will charge the difference. All shipping costs will be covered by us.
Do the sunglasses have a warranty?
Each purchase includes a one-year warranty. Whether you need a repair or replacement (due to accidental damage or normal wear and tear), you are covered. The product will need to be sent back to us. Contact us at email@example.com and we’ll help with next steps.
What are petite sunglasses and how do they fit?
Our line of sunglasses focuses on petite-fitting frames made for smaller faces. For more info, consult our size guide
. Our sunglasses are also great if you prefer slimmer, lightweight eyewear.
Each of our sunglasses come with a complimentary faux-leather case and microfiber cloth.
Are your sunglasses unisex?
Yes! Although our sunglasses are made with women in mind they are absolutely unisex.
Do you sell prescription eyewear?
Not currently, but we plan to in the future. Join our mailing list to be notified when they launch.
Am I able to put a prescription in your sunglasses?
Yes, you are able to put a prescription in our sunglasses. This is not something we currently offer for online orders. If you are located in Toronto or Montreal, our sunglasses can be purchased at Glass Monocle Eyecare or La Zone Optique where their opticians can help add a prescription to our sunglasses. If not, speak with your local optician to find out if they are able to assist.
Is it possible to convert the sunglasses into prescription glasses?
Glass Monocle Eyecare and La Zone Optique can help fit our frames with prescription lenses if you’d like to convert the sunglasses into prescription glasses.
Are you available at any physical stores?
We are currently available in-stores in Toronto and Montreal. In Toronto, find us at Glass Monocle Eyecare at 590 Bloor Street W and 909 Queen Street E. In Montreal we are available at La Zone Optique at 4367 St Denis Street. Stay up-to-date on future pop-ups and retail locations by joining our mailing list!
